Easter, in kids eyes, is all about the chocolate…. and oh boy, the Easter bunny knows how to deliver this Easter break! There are some great family events on and egg hunts to keep even the serious chocoholics happy throughout the (long) Easter holidays! Ditch the diet and have some fun – you can always invent your own egg hunts at home, but here are a few good ones that are organised in Dublin.

 

Malahide Castle Easter Trail

Join Malahide castle for their 4th annual Easter trail at Malahide castle & gardens. This year they have a special ‘Easter in Oz’ theme where kids ‘Follow the Yellow Brick Road’ through the magical botanical gardens, and after there is a show with the magical wizard. The Easter trail sounds like a great day out for the whole family.

Tickets are €12 Child, €7 Adults and spaces are limited so booking in advance is recommended.

Butlers Chocolate Factory

Is this for adults or children?! Who doesn’t love the free Butlers chocolate with the cappuccino? Well there is a special tour where you can meet the Easter Bunny and join in the fun with an Easter egg hunt after your tour.

Easter Scavenger Hunt:

Participate in the Easter scavenger hunt every child will receive an egg once they have completed the questions from around Tayto Park. Normal entry prices apply, there is no extra charge for the Hunt.
